I think some do. I have a friend who uses the mouse on the left side (but she's not left handed) and her buttons are reversed. Eric is left handed but he uses the mouse on the right side so I can't ask him.
My stepbrother-in-law does. It's always really confusing to use his computer because the mouse it backwards...
